Dena has spent over two decades helping people come home to themselves.
As the founder of Equine Union International LLC and MoneyMoon™, she bridges nervous system regulation, somatic movement, ethical equine integration, and purposeful leadership. Through MoneyMoon™, she works with couples to cultivate deep nervous system alignment, clear financial disharmony, and build lasting wealth and legacy together. Her multi-faceted work serves high-impact couples, corporate organizations, healthcare systems, licensed clinicians, youth programs, and wellness leaders ready to expand beyond traditional models of care. Her approach is grounded in a rare combination of formal credentials and lived experience.
A lifelong equestrian since the age of 6, Dena holds a degree in Equine Science and Management, is a Certified Equine-Assisted Services Facilitator, a 200-hour Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher trained in Costa Rica with specializations in Ayurveda, and a Certified Nutrition and Wellness professional with over 20 years of practice. She is a 2024 graduate of the Chautauqua Leadership Network — a distinction reserved for emerging leaders committed to regional and global impact.
She has worked alongside couples, corporate executives, healthcare professionals, children, neurodivergent individuals, and veterans — bringing somatic tools, mindfulness, and equine-assisted experiences into spaces where deep transformation is needed and conventional approaches have reached their limits.
What she has learned in twenty years of this work is simple: individuals and couples thrive, lead, and grow best when they feel genuinely connected — to themselves, to each other, and to the living world around them. Whether guiding partners through the somatic and relational work of building a joint legacy or facilitating corporate retreats, she uses the horse as an honest, present, and powerful teacher of true alignment.
Dena's mission is to build a global network of physical and virtual hubs where horses are integrated ethically into healing, leadership, wealth alignment, and community — ensuring more people access this work, and more horses are honored as the partners they truly are. She is currently expanding Equine Union International from New York into the greater Chicago area, and beyond with MoneyMoon™ experiences in other countries.
When she is not leading high-level strategy sessions or working with couples, she is in the pasture — heels and all. The polish of grace and the grit of the farm are not opposites in her world. They are the whole point.
