Equine Union International™
A free 20-minute preview of our program
$ in One Afternoon in Nature > $ in One Week of Sessions
For medical, mental health, and wellness professionals stuck in back-to-back sessions who are craving more freedom, more meaning, and more time in nature.
How to earn what you usually make in a week of sessions in one afternoon, without owning land or horses.
Already own horses? Turn your farm into the place professionals want to be, with stronger programs, more revenue, and deeper client results.
Twenty sessions a week means twenty preps, twenty sets of notes, and twenty follow-ups, plus insurance paperwork if you take it. One afternoon in nature means one group, one prep, one set of notes, and it's all cash paid.
Why this works
- Most equine programs teach the credentials and the horsemanship. This one also teaches the business: the money, the freedom, and how to do it all without owning land or horses.
- We've led experiences for therapists, coaches, therapeutic riding centers, and corporate teams, from a therapy practice's clinicians to a credit union's frontline leaders, who left "feeling more embodied and connected."
- This is the same approach I used to sell $12,000 in a single day, including one team's $7,700 VIP experience, with farm collaborations in New York, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Costa Rica.
- It works even if you don't own land or horses, and have never worked with horses before. And if you do have horses, it helps make your farm the place professionals want to be.
- And it's not just for summer: indoor arenas, snowy trails, and seasonal experiences keep clients coming back all year.
What you'll do in this preview (20 minutes)
Part 1 · 5 minutes
Run your math, and see what you're leaving on the table
Add up your sessions, your fee per session (after insurance, if you take it), and your hours, including prep, notes, and paperwork. Then ask yourself: how does that number make you feel? And what kind of energy do you have left at the end of the week? Hold on to that number. In Part 3, you'll see what one afternoon in nature could earn, and the difference is what you're leaving on the table.
Part 2 · 10 minutes
Map out your signature experience
There's no right or wrong here. This is fun. This is creativity, a chance for you to use your imagination. Everything that exists was imagined first.
"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve." — Napoleon Hill
Map out one signature experience you can imagine leading in nature: who it's for, and what happens from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Have more ideas? Jot them down for later. In the program, we go deeper and dream up more.
Part 3 · 5 minutes
Set your 3 prices
Take your signature experience and set three prices for it, per person or as a private group for a team, practice, or company:
- Your easy-yes price: so good, no one would pass it up.
- Your comfortable price: you know you'll make a profit, and it feels good.
- Your dreamy price: the one that makes you smile (and maybe a little nervous).
If you don't have your own farm, subtract about $1,000 for the barn, horses, and staff. Then see what each price equals in sessions.
Example only: charge $4,000, pay $1,000 for the barn, horses, and staff, and keep $3,000. At $125 a session, that's 24 sessions' worth, more than a full week for many professionals, in one afternoon.
For reference: the national average therapy session fee was $139 in 2024 (SimplePractice), and Medicare pays counselors $125.25 for a 60-minute session in 2026.
Sure, your first experience might take some selling. But once you've built it, you can run it again and again, and it gets easier every time. Before long, referrals and word of mouth start selling it for you.
Want to get really clear on your price and your offer, and feel confident charging your dreamy price? That's exactly what we do together in From Survival to Scaling.
Now take a second to imagine what's possible
Corporate leadership programs with horses can charge $500 or more per person. Ten executives at that rate is $5,000 for one afternoon. I sold one team's VIP experience for $7,700. And this is only the beginning. Wellness travel grew almost 14% in a single year, mental wellness is growing about 10% a year, and the global wellness economy is headed toward nearly $10 trillion by 2029. Nature is becoming "dramatically more important all over the world."
The demand is here, and your clients are already looking for this.
For reference: Within Range Coaching charges $3,000 for a private half day for up to 6 people, and executive horse leadership programs in the UK list £500–£1,500 per person for a half day (Quarterdeck). Wellness figures and quote are from the Global Wellness Institute, November 2025.
Now you know what's possible
In my 8-week program, From Survival to Scaling, you'll earn your Equine Union International™ Certification. We'll help you explore collaborations with farms, fill your experience, and book your first cash-paying clients.
From Survival to Scaling, explained
Here's the path we'll take together, in 4 steps.
Step 1
Create your story
Why nature and horses call to you, and who needs your experience most.
What you'll come to believe: "My story is enough. I don't need to be a horse expert to lead this."
Step 2
Design your signature experience
Arrive and ground, connect with the horses, then reflect. Built on your gifts, so it feels like you.
What you'll come to believe: "I can create something my clients have never experienced before."
Step 3
Collaborate
You bring the experience. A farm brings the land and the horses. But farm owners are protective of their horses and their land, so how you approach them matters. You never walk in asking to rent a barn. Inside the program, we show you our exact, step-by-step approach, built on your story, so farm owners trust you, want to work with you, and see you as the perfect person to grow their programs and their revenue.
What you'll come to believe: "Farm owners will trust me and want to work with me, when I approach them the right way."
Already have your own horses? Bring this to your own farm. Our approach is ethical: no round pens, no tools, and none of the extra effort and energy. Medical, mental health, and wellness professionals recognize an ethical approach, and it draws professionals to your farm. We'll also help you build the research and case studies that set your farm apart.
Step 4
Lead
Welcome your first cash-paying clients, with waivers, insurance, and booking templates in hand. Then do it again and again.
This is what makes it sustainable: an income that doesn't depend only on back-to-back sessions.
